In the wake of the Abbey Gate bombing in Kabul that killed 13 Americans, bars, breweries, and restaurants across the country are holding tributes by reserving tables and leaving out 13 beers in memory of those killed. Those taking part vary from bars to dance clubs to Mexican restaurants, but all include a table with 13 beers, undisturbed.
