Blayne Smith

Blayne Smith is a West Point grad and former Green Beret. He was the first executive director of Team RWB, former president of GORUCK, and is the co-founder at Applied Leadership Partners. For more than 20 years, he has built and led closely knit, high-performing teams. He is passionate about culture, leadership, and well-being — and is working daily to bring all three to his family, community, and clients.
