While it’s generally a good idea to not go looking for trouble, there’s a short list of people in this world you definitely shouldn’t fuck with.
Anyone with a cauliflower ear, people who don’t blink, bikers, your dad, and, of course, military veterans. Conflict with most people in this list will likely result in you getting your ass beat, maybe even grounded, and that’s if you’re lucky. Fortunately for us, there are still folks out there who need to learn this lesson the hard way. Enter, this dude.
In case you haven’t seen it, a video has been circulating on the appropriately named subreddit r/WinStupidPrizes that depicts an armed robber attempting to mug a veteran, and it goes hilariously, spectacularly, amazingly wrong for the would-be crook.
The footage, captured on a home security camera, depicts two individuals approaching a veteran who has just exited his vehicle. One of the individuals pulls a gun and sticks it in the vet’s face moments before getting his world turned upside down — literally.
Check it out.
Holding a gun against a veteran and ending up getting their ass whooped. from WinStupidPrizes
The veteran immediately springs into action and appears to throw a punch shortly before picking up the criminal and shit-whipping him straight into the pavement like it’s a Hell in a Cell match. The crook’s gun goes sliding across the pavement along with all of his bravado and any self-respect he had upon entering this engagement as he begins to frantically squeal like Eric Cartman from South Park getting a shot.
We’re not entirely sure what was going through the robber’s mind at that point, but judging from his petrified squeals of terror, it was most likely small bits of concrete and lots of regret. He’s lucky that the only thing injured here was his pride.
One hopes that he’ll remember this hard lesson: Don’t fuck with vets.
